was created to respond to a request for online collaboration. In fact, Axure proposes the shared creation but not working once the prototype online.
The need was simply comment pages to make them evolve.
The original idea was to use the html files to create change and make up for some lack of Axure.
Axure remains for us the best RP software to date but also the most simplistic once online.
ax_admin consists of a folder containing few PHP pages related to a MySQL database.
The prototype does not change, none files are updated or modify.
Only the user interface is changing to make it more user-friendly and multi-user.
The installation is limited to just the creation of tables in your database and the addition of ax_admin folder in your prototype folder.
The entire product line development is multi-lingual and customizable with css style sheet
The project meets a demand which will change according to our needs and wishes

To enter in administrator mode, use admin as email and demo as password.
Try the limited version to 4 pages and 2 users.
A license limited to an IP address and unrestricted is available for only USD 40.

To date, it allows:
- manage users based on 3 profiles: administrator, agency and client,
- comment the pages and define a status for each comment: to be done, done,
- to receive new comments via an RSS feed,
- direct access to any project page with a url while retaining the dynamic of the entire prototype.
- to define an overall status for each page and close the discussion when the page is validated.
- to add the google analytics code on every pages.
- to limit the prototype access only for registered and approved users. new

Hello, I am actually working on a team development project where your software would be quite useful. I do have a few questions however.
1. Can I have multiple prototypes per database?
2. Is there a way that I could have a set of pre-configured files I could just drop into the generated prototype files?
3. Can I share users across prototypes?

1. The licence is define by the ip server so you can use it for multiple project and database on your server
2. No, because, the installation process create a text file and fill the database
3. No, each prototype are alone, but we could add it to the next release
